To provide you with the most efficient service, we use proprietary automation and algorithmic tools to analyze business data and provide real-time updates on potential funding offers. By using our website and client portal, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Features including AI-assisted offer processing and real-time funding estimates are under active development and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed results. By using the portal during this beta period, you acknowledge and accept that outputs may not reflect final lender decisions and should not be relied upon as financial advice. We are not liable for any decisions made based on beta platform outputs.

While we strive for precision, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of automated outputs, as final lending criteria are determined solely by the third-party lender.

You are strictly responsible for reviewing the specific lender’s loan agreement, disclosure statements, and terms carefully before signing any documentation.

3A. Auto Offer Adjustment

Our platform includes an Auto Offer Adjustment feature that allows you to modify certain parameters of a funding offer, specifically the loan amount and repayment selectors. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Any adjusted offer displayed through this feature based on modifications to the loan amount or repayment selector is a rough estimate only and does not constitute a formal offer of credit or a guarantee of approval from the lender.

No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting an adjusted offer does not guarantee that the lender will approve the revised terms. All adjusted offers are subject to the lender’s own credit assessment and approval process. The lender retains full discretion to approve, counter-offer, or decline any adjusted offer.

Terms May Change

The interest rate, fees, repayment amount, or other conditions associated with an adjusted offer may differ from what is displayed on the platform. Final terms are determined solely by the lender and may vary from the estimate shown.

Lender Decision is Final

Any decision made by the lender regarding an adjusted offer, including approval, counter-offer, or decline, is entirely at the lender’s discretion and outside of Ezy Pzy Finance’s control. We are not liable for any outcome resulting from an adjusted offer submitted to a lender.

Independent Review

You are strongly encouraged to carefully review any final approved terms before accepting, and to seek independent financial or legal advice if needed before proceeding with any adjusted offer.

4. Information Collection and Use

Documents and personal information are stored securely on cloud-based platforms for the duration of your application and for a period of up to seven (7) years thereafter. We reserve the right to delete or de-identify information sooner if it is no longer required for a legitimate business or legal purpose. You may request the deletion of your documents at any time by contacting us with our info at the bottom of these terms.

Overseas Disclosure: To provide efficient 24/7 service, we utilize offshore personnel and service providers, including sales representatives, loan coordinators, and data processors located outside of Australia. By using our services, you provide express consent for your information to be accessed or processed by these overseas recipients. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that these recipients handle your data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

You acknowledge and consent to Ezy Pzy Finance utilizing automated voice technology and synthetic voice agents (‘AI Agents’) to communicate with you regarding your inquiries, application status, or marketing offers. These AI Agents are designed to assist with 24/7 service and efficiency. You may request to speak with a human representative at any time during or after an automated call.

By submitting your information through our website or any of our digital advertising forms, you provide your express consent for us to communicate with you electronically. You acknowledge and agree that your electronic submission constitutes your agreement and intent to be bound by these Terms, and carries the same legal weight as a physical signature under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and relevant state legislation.

You accept full responsibility for the accuracy and authenticity of any documents you upload. Ezy Pzy Finance is not liable for any consequences arising from the submission of inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent documentation.

13.3 Electronic Signatures & Mandates

Any signature captured electronically through the client portal, including mandate declarations, constitutes a valid and binding electronic signature under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and applicable state legislation. By signing electronically, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the relevant declaration or document.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the client portal. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue portal access at any time without notice for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from portal downtime or technical issues.

Your activity within the client portal may be logged for security, compliance, and service improvement purposes. This includes but is not limited to document upload timestamps, step completion records, login activity, and document access tracking. Before signing any loan agreement, credit contract, or related documentation provided by a third-party lender, you are solely and entirely responsible for reading, understanding, and being satisfied with all terms and conditions contained within those documents. This includes but is not limited to:

Ezy Pzy Finance does not review, assess, or approve lender contracts on your behalf. Our role is limited to that of a marketing and referral intermediary. While we may assist in relaying funding offers from the lender, facilitating communication between you and the lender, and supporting you through the application process, we do not act as your legal representative or financial adviser at any stage, and we are not a party to any loan agreement entered into between you and a lender.

13.3 Independent Advice

We strongly recommend that prior to signing any credit contract or loan agreement, you seek independent legal and/or financial advice from a qualified professional. Ezy Pzy Finance will not be held liable for any financial loss, hardship, or dispute arising from your decision to enter into a contract with a lender without seeking independent advice.

13.4 No Pressure to Proceed

You are under no obligation to accept any offer presented through our platform. If you are unsatisfied with any terms presented by a lender, you have the right to decline the offer without penalty from Ezy Pzy Finance.
