1. Who We Are
Ezy Pzy Finance is a marketing and introducer service that connects Australian business owners with trusted third-party business lenders. We are not a lender, credit provider, or financial adviser. Our services are strictly intended for business purposes and are directed exclusively at Australian Business Number (ABN) holders.
This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, which govern your overall use of our website, services, and client portal.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to assess your business funding needs and refer you to appropriate lenders. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Identity Data: Name, date of birth, and identification documents (e.g., driver’s licence, passport, Medicare card)
- Contact Data: Phone number, email address, and business address
- Business Data: Company name, ABN, industry, monthly revenue, and length of trading
- Financial Data: Business bank statements and related financial documents
- Interaction Data: Recordings of phone calls and records of your communications with us
- Portal Data: Document upload records, step completion timestamps, login activity, and electronic signature data captured through the client portal
3. Automated Processing and AI
To provide efficient, real-time service, we utilize proprietary automation and algorithmic tools to process your data and provide estimates of potential funding offers.
Nature of Processing
Our systems analyze your provided business and financial data to match you with lender criteria.
Beta Platform Notice
Our client portal, including AI-assisted offer processing and real-time funding estimates, is currently operating in beta. Outputs generated through the portal may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. You should not rely solely on portal outputs when making financial decisions.
Human Oversight
While our technology assists in identifying potential matches, final lending decisions are made solely by the third-party lenders.
Accuracy
Automated outputs are estimates only and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate or reflective of a final credit contract.
Auto Offer Adjustment
Our platform includes an Auto Offer Adjustment feature allowing modification of the loan amount and repayment selectors. Any adjusted offer generated through this feature is a rough estimate only and does not constitute a formal offer of credit. Adjusted offers are subject to the lender’s own credit assessment and approval process. Final terms are determined solely by the lender and may differ from the estimate displayed. We are not liable for any outcome resulting from an adjusted offer submitted to a lender.
4. How We Use Your Information
We collect and use your data for the primary purpose of:
- Assessing your eligibility for business finance
- Matching and referring your application to suitable lending partners
- Facilitating communication between you and the lender
- Improving our services through internal analytics and quality assurance
- Sending marketing messages and follow-ups (unless you opt out)
Please note that Ezy Pzy Finance does not review lender contracts on your behalf. Our role is limited to that of a marketing and referral intermediary. While we may assist in relaying funding offers from the lender, facilitating communication between you and the lender, and supporting you through the application process, we do not act as your legal representative or financial adviser at any stage, and we are not a party to any loan agreement. It is your sole responsibility to carefully review all loan documentation before signing. We strongly recommend seeking independent legal or financial advice prior to entering into any credit agreement.
5. Disclosure to Lenders & Partners
We share your information with our network of trusted Australian business lenders and technology providers for the purpose of securing finance offers.
Lender Partners
These partners include, but are not limited to, Prospa, Lumi, OnDeck, Bizcap, Capify, as well as other reputable third-party business lenders.
Commissions
We may receive commissions or referral fees from these lenders upon the successful referral or funding of a client. We do not charge you any fees for using our service.
Overseas Disclosure
To provide efficient 24/7 service, we utilize offshore personnel and service providers, including sales representatives, loan coordinators, and data processors located outside of Australia. By using our services, you provide express consent for your information to be accessed or processed by these overseas recipients. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that these recipients handle your data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
5A. Client Portal & Technology Sub-Processors
To deliver our client portal and associated services, we utilise third-party cloud-based platforms that may process your personal and business information. These platforms perform the following functions:
- Client portal interface and user authentication
- Application data storage and management
- Secure document delivery and access tracking with lending partners
- Internal document storage and management
Some of these platforms may be located or process data outside of Australia, including in the United States. By using our services, you consent to your data being processed by these platforms. We have taken reasonable steps to ensure all third-party processors handle your data securely and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. You may contact us at any time to request further information about the specific platforms we use to process your data.
5B. Portal Activity Logging
Your activity within the client portal may be logged for security, compliance, and service improvement purposes. This includes but is not limited to document upload timestamps, step completion records, login activity, and document access tracking through Digify. This data is retained in accordance with our standard retention period outlined in Section 6.
6. Data Security and Retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Storage
Data is stored on secure, cloud-based platforms including Airtable, Google Drive, and Digify as outlined in Section 5A.
Retention
We retain your personal and business information for the duration of your application and for a period of up to seven (7) years thereafter. This allows us to comply with Australian record-keeping standards and the statute of limitations for commercial disputes. We may delete or de-identify information sooner if it is no longer required for a legal or business purpose.
7. Marketing and Call Recording
Marketing
By submitting your details, you consent to receive communications via Email, SMS, and Phone. You may opt out at any time via the contact details below.
Call Recording
We record phone calls for training, quality assurance, and to maintain an accurate record of your business requirements and instructions. You will be notified at the commencement of recorded calls.
We may utilize artificial intelligence and synthetic voice technology to facilitate certain outbound and inbound communications. These interactions are recorded and analyzed to improve our proprietary automation tools and ensure the accuracy of our service. By engaging with these calls, you consent to the processing of your voice data for these purposes.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and tracking technologies (such as Google and Facebook pixels) to deliver targeted advertising, improve site performance, and analyze traffic. By using our site, you consent to the use of cookies in line with this policy.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We will process verified requests within 30 days, subject to any data we are legally required to retain for compliance, tax, or limitation purposes.
