Beta Platform Notice

Our client portal, including AI-assisted offer processing and real-time funding estimates, is currently operating in beta. Outputs generated through the portal may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. You should not rely solely on portal outputs when making financial decisions.

Human Oversight

While our technology assists in identifying potential matches, final lending decisions are made solely by the third-party lenders.

Accuracy

Automated outputs are estimates only and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate or reflective of a final credit contract.

Auto Offer Adjustment

Our platform includes an Auto Offer Adjustment feature allowing modification of the loan amount and repayment selectors. Any adjusted offer generated through this feature is a rough estimate only and does not constitute a formal offer of credit. Adjusted offers are subject to the lender’s own credit assessment and approval process. Final terms are determined solely by the lender and may differ from the estimate displayed. We are not liable for any outcome resulting from an adjusted offer submitted to a lender.

Please note that Ezy Pzy Finance does not review lender contracts on your behalf. Our role is limited to that of a marketing and referral intermediary. While we may assist in relaying funding offers from the lender, facilitating communication between you and the lender, and supporting you through the application process, we do not act as your legal representative or financial adviser at any stage, and we are not a party to any loan agreement. It is your sole responsibility to carefully review all loan documentation before signing. We strongly recommend seeking independent legal or financial advice prior to entering into any credit agreement.

5. Disclosure to Lenders & Partners

We share your information with our network of trusted Australian business lenders and technology providers for the purpose of securing finance offers.

Lender Partners

These partners include, but are not limited to, Prospa, Lumi, OnDeck, Bizcap, Capify, as well as other reputable third-party business lenders.

Commissions

We may receive commissions or referral fees from these lenders upon the successful referral or funding of a client. We do not charge you any fees for using our service.

Overseas Disclosure

To provide efficient 24/7 service, we utilize offshore personnel and service providers, including sales representatives, loan coordinators, and data processors located outside of Australia. By using our services, you provide express consent for your information to be accessed or processed by these overseas recipients. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that these recipients handle your data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

5B. Portal Activity Logging

Your activity within the client portal may be logged for security, compliance, and service improvement purposes. This includes but is not limited to document upload timestamps, step completion records, login activity, and document access tracking through Digify. This data is retained in accordance with our standard retention period outlined in Section 6.

We retain your personal and business information for the duration of your application and for a period of up to seven (7) years thereafter. This allows us to comply with Australian record-keeping standards and the statute of limitations for commercial disputes. We may delete or de-identify information sooner if it is no longer required for a legal or business purpose.
